There are a lot of harsh people at this school. They need to have that one program, If You Really Knew Me to step in.

Teachers are good and helpful, but climate there is hostile among students. Many of these bored, upper-middle class kids don't have much to do but get into junk and think of ways to be unkind to each other.

By far one of the best schools in the area, if not the state. Do not listen to other reviews.

There are many pros and cons with regards to this school. There has been a past bullying issue that may or may not be continuing. However the school does afford textbooks for all of their students and have extracurricular activities. It's a matter of what options you have available to you. In a perfect world though, I would choose a different school system for my child. When I was a student, most bullying was towards those of lower socioeconomic classes, ethnic minorities, and sexual minorities. Also those who suffered abuse, physical disability, or mental impairment. As I said, the school has good resources, but a bad atmosphere.

Great school with a lot of activities. Mentor is a working class town not a uppity rich area.
